Order Processing

All products are made to order. Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days before shipment.

During holidays, sales events, or periods of high demand, processing times may be slightly longer.

Shipping Times

Estimated delivery times:

  • United States: 3–5 business days after processing

  • Canada: 5–14 business days after processing

  • International: 7–21 business days after processing

Please note that delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may vary due to carrier delays, weather conditions, customs processing, or other factors beyond our control.

Tracking Information

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear after shipment. You may also use the SHOP App to know exactly where your package is at all times.

Incorrect Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.

If an incorrect address is provided and the order has already entered production or shipped, North11 cannot guarantee replacement or refund eligibility.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your package appears lost or significantly delayed, please contact us and we will work with the shipping carrier to investigate the issue.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 14 days of delivery and include photos of the issue. We will review the claim and provide a replacement or appropriate resolution when applicable.
